〜年以上の歴史を持つって英語でなんて言うの？

long-established は「老舗の」「長い歴史を持つ」という意味の表現です。

「～持つ」というのを、前置詞の with 一言で表すことができます。

a famous restaurant with more than a 100 year history で、「100年以上の歴史を持つ（歴史がある）名店」となります。

また、has a history of over 100 years というように、has（～を持つ）という動詞を使っても表現できます。

This festival has a long history of over 500 years.　このお祭りは500年以上の長い歴史があります。

〜年以上の歴史を持つ

over ~ years は「〜年以上」という意味の英語表現です。
