most of ～は「～の大部分」という意味ですので、most of のあとに対象の名詞をいれるといいですね。
例：most of the movie （その映画の大部分）
例：most of the content （その内容の大部分）
｢その映画を一度見たことあるので、内容は大体覚えている｣というときは、I have seen the movie once so I remember most of it. （もしくは内容という単語を使ってI remember most of the content.）
こんな言い方もできますね。
例：I have seen the movie once but I don't remember most of the content. （その映画は一回見たけど、ほとんどの内容を覚えていない）
例：I have seen the movie many times when I was a child but I don't remember the content at all. （子供のときにその映画はたくさん見たけど、内容をまったく覚えていない）
