診断名って英語でなんて言うの？

日本のお医者さんは診察しても軽い病気の場合、病名を言ってくれず、ただ「お薬を出しますね」ということが多いと感じます。アメリカではちゃんと病名を言ってくれたのに。「日本のお医者さんは診断名をあまり言わない」ってなんて言いますか？
