It's clear from 〜. で「〜 からハッキリ分かります」という意味です。
また、「何が」ハッキリ分かるのかという内容については、「〜」の後に that 節を入れて言うことができます。
例)
It's clear from the chart that the strategy worked very well. 「その[戦略](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/34596/)がとても上手くいったのは、[グラフ](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/51996/)から明らかだ」
