I found the same vending machine that you sent me its photo.
I found the same vending machine as the one which was in the photo you sent me.
"the same A as B" は「Bと同じA」という表現です。
"the one" は "the vending machine" を指していますが、重複を避ける為に "the one" としています。
よって、"the vending machine which was in the photo you sent me" 「あなたが私に送った写真に写っていた自販機」となります。
"which" は "that" にしても良いです。

自販機そのものの写真を送ってくれたという想定です。たまたま写り込んでいた自販機であれば、
