This is a good way to let your teacher know that you are happy to see them.We say this when we are certain that you have met them before.

You can say this when you are not certain if you have met the teacher before on a different day.

If the teacher is aware that you've already met, you can simply say 'Hello again'. You can also say 'It's very nice to see you again Teacher'.
However, in the situation that the teacher has perhaps forgotten about your previous meeting, you can kindly remind them by telling them 'I believe we have met before'.
先生が今までに会ったことがあることに気付いているのであれば、ただ 'Hello again'と言うことが出来ます。'It's very nice to see you again Teacher'.（先生、又お会いできてとても嬉しいです）と言うことも出来ます。
でもおそらく先生があなたに以前会ったことを忘れている状況では、'I believe we have met before'.（以前お会いしたと思います）と言って、会ったことそっと思い出させることが出来ます。

様々な言い方ができると思いますが、例えば下記のような表現はいかがでしょうか：
・It's our second time, isn't it?
2回目ですよね？
isn't it は「ですよね？」のようなニュアンスで使うことができる英語表現です。
second time で「2回目」になります。
third time なら「3回目」、fourth time で「4回目」です。
