「I'm not good enough to show you.」というのは、
「見せられるほど上手くない」を直訳したです。
「I'm not skilled enough to show you.」も同じ意味です。
「I'm not at the level to show you yet.」というのは、
少しだけ言い換えまして、
「まだあなたに見せられるレベルではない」
という意味です。

I prefer to practice on my own until I am good enough to perform for someone. I hope you understand.
You want to let the person know that you prefer not to play for them and tell them why but you also want to apologise in some fashion either by saying "sorry" or by saying something like " I hope you understand". This will hopefully keep them from being offended that you won't play for them.

I'm not good enough to play in front of an audience.
「人前で弾けるほど、上手ではない」という意味の文にしてみました。
… enough to ~ で「〜できるくらい（十分に) …」という意味で使えます。
例えば、次のように使います。
You're old enough to drive a car.
（あなたは車の運転ができる年齢だ）
ここでは「披露できるほど上手ではない」ということなので、否定文にして、I'm not good enough to ~ としました。
「披露できるほど」は、「人前で弾けるほど」ということだと思いましたので、audience（聴衆）を使って、play in front of an audience （聴衆の前で弾く＝人前で弾く）にしています。

1. here you state that you feel you do not have the talent to be able to perform in front of anyone.

2. here you simply say that you lack preparation and so do not feel able to give a recitation.
"Let me practise some more and maybe I'll give a performance another time."
"Sure, sounds good."
1.誰かの前でできるほど才能があるわけではないと感じているという時に使います。

2.ここでは、準備不足のためそういったリサイタルはできないと伝える言い方です。

1)I am not that good yet to play for people. - This means that you feel like you need more time to perfect your skill before you can play for people.
2)I am still learning . I cannot play for people yet. - You are still in the process of learning and you not confident enough to have an audience.

To say that you aren't ready yet, you should use any of these sentences I wrote for you. Both of them means the same but I would personally choose the second one because it's more polite version.
