Half Japanese Half Americaを使えません。そのアメリカ人の[祖先](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/65654/)の国を言います。
例えば、僕はギリシャ系アメリカ人なので、僕の子供は
Half Greek Half Japaneseになります。
特にアメリカ人は祖先の[多様性](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/52467/)を認識していますので、２つ以上の場合もあります。

Technically this defines what mixed nationalities are. Dual nationality - "My Son has dual nationalities, half Ukrainian & half British".
Mixed - can come across as a bit offensives because you can say "mixed race" which is very personal. "He has mixed race/blood/nationality" - this for me is very offensive.
Half - This is ok to use but I preferably say "dual" which can include 2 (or more in some cases).
"I have dual citizenship" "I have dual nationalities".
Technically this defines what mixed nationalities are. Dual nationality - 私の息子は二重国籍で、半分はウクライナ語、半分は英国です
Mixed ー このようにいうこともできますが、"mixed race"と言う言葉は、少し攻撃的です。"He has mixed race/blood/nationality" - これは、私にとっては非常に不快です。
Half- これは使用するのは問題ありませんが、私は2つ以上の場合、（場合によってはそれ以上）dualと言います。
"I have dual citizenship" 「私は二重国籍を持っています」"I have dual nationalities"「二重国籍を持っています」
"Mixed nationality"
You can say this to describe a situation where someone's parents are from two or more nationalities.
"half ... and half ...."
You can simply say I am half Japanese and half American.In most cases people will respond by asking which half is American and which is Japanese.
"My dad is American and my mom is Japanese."
This is the best way to avoid any further explanation as to your heritage.

初めから、こう言えば、あなたのバックグラウンドをそれ以上説明しなくても済みます。
While the relationship between ethnicity, race and nationality can be quite diverse, they're often related. Many people with parents of different nationalities may not consider themselves bi-racial, but a lot of Americans with one Asian parent do. So two more options are "bi-racial" and "mixed race." But it's up to each individual what words they want to use! :D

My husband is of mixed heritage. His mother is from Germany and his father is from Cyprus.
His heritage is in two countries.
He is either mixed race, mixed heritage or dual heritage - dual means two

mixed race, mixed heritage, dual heritage のどれでも使うことができます。dual は２つという意味です。
