「世界を視野に入れて」はこの表現もあります：
look at things from a global perspective
look at thingsは「物事を見る」という意味で、from a global perspectiveは「グローバル(国際的)な視点から」という意味となります。
「世界を視野に入れた勉強がしたい」はこのように言うことができます：
I want to study and look at things from a global perspective.
I want to study while looking at things from a global perspective. (while = しながら)
take ~ into consideration で、「〜を考慮する、」という意味で、「世界を考慮に入れて」という表現にすれば、次のような文になります。
I would like to study, taking the world into consideration.
（世界を考慮に入れて、勉強したい）
, ~ing の後半は「分詞構文」で、前の文と同時に起きていることを表現できます。
例えば、次のように使います。
I found some trash, walking down the street.
