1)I've never got to work this early. 『仕事場にこんなに早く着いたことがない。』という意味です。'this early'でこんなに早くという意味になります。
2)I finished my homework way faster than I expected. 直訳すると『私が予想していたよりも早く宿題を終えた。』になり意訳すると『思っていたよりも宿題が早く終わった。』という意味です。'Faster'の前に'way'を入れることで'faster'を強調することができます。
3)質問の例文『いつもは30分かかる宿題が今日は20分で終わった時』を訳すとこのような文になります。'only'を入れることでこれだけしか時間がかからなかったということを強調することができます。
