前も、その前も、って英語でなんて言うの？

時計の電池交換でジュエリーショップに行ったら「これはブランドの時計だから、ここからブランドに送って電池交換と機能のチェックしてもらうから、時間も費用も掛かる」と説明を受けました。私は「前も、その前も、その時計交換は日本で普通の時計屋で１０ドルくらいだったので、安くてOK」と伝えたかったです。

前回もその前も

last time = 前回
なので、前々回は、the time before that(last time) で伝わると思います。

I had it replaced at $10 in Japan the last time and the time before that, so I'm ok with the cheap one.
日本で前回もその前も10ドルくらいで交換してもらったので、安い方で大丈夫です。
