こんにちは。
よく使われる表現として I'm still working on it. というのがあります。「まだ食べてます」の意味で使われます。
店員さんの方から Are you still working on that?（それまだ食べていますか？）と聞いてくることもあります。
I'm still eating. は直訳で「まだ食べている」です。
他の方の回答とあわせて参考にしてください。

こうやってレストランなどで聞かれること多いと

-The waiter/waitress might come in asking "Would you like me to take those plates for you?"
-and you could always answer with "Could you give me a few more minutes please?"
-or simply say "Still working on mine (my plate)"
以下のように尋ねるとウエイター/ウエイトレスがくるかもしれません。
Would you like me to take those plates for you?
そして、いつも「Could you give me a few more minutes please?」と答えることができます。
もしくは、単純に「Still working on mine (my plate)」ということができます。
the over-zealous waiter can be irritating but a short and direct message is all that is needed. "Please leave everything - we're still eating," perfectly explains to the waiter that he should leave you alone for the moment.
Would you mind coming back in a little while? - this is a tactful way of
telling the waiter to leave the cleaning for now.
Please come back once I'm done - this is a more direct way of telling
the waiter to allow you to finish your meal.

All of these are okay to use when telling the waiter not to take the plates yet as you have not finished. Or that he/she can take some of them but not all of them.

これらすべて、ウェイターにまだ食べているのでお皿を（全部は）片付けないで欲しい、と伝える言い方です。
直訳は上のようになります。
さて、このhaven't 過去分詞…yetは「まだ…していない」の意味でかなり幅広く使われる便利な表現ですので、いくつか用例を紹介しておきます。
I haven't watched the DVD yet.「まだDVD見てないんだ」
I haven't met him yet. 「彼とはまだ会ってないんだ」
I haven't read the book yet. 「まだ本読んでないんだ」
