That is absolutely yummy!
If you smell or see something which seems very appetising just from the smell or the sight of it, you may say:
"The smell of the beef is making my mouth water."
To tickle one's taste buds = This really tastes good. I really like the way this tastes.
"If you want something that'll tickle your tastebuds, try that pecan pie!"
Yummy = very tasty, delicious

イディオムはこのような状況でよく使われます。選択肢は沢山あります。
"My mouth is in heaven" (口が天国にいます)
"finger licking good"(指を舐めたくなるほどおいしいです)
"Angels would cry for this flavour"(天使はこの美味しさに泣いてしまうでしょう)
"My taste buds are dancing!"(味蕾が踊っています)
「お肉がほっぺが落ちそうなくらい美味しい」 The meat was scrumptious.
もっと強調したければ The meat was absolutely scrumptious.
delishは口語的表現で、delishはdeliciousをくずした話し方。
It was de-li-sh! というように感情をこめて言うと、よく伝わります。
他にもmouth-wateringという表現もありますが、どちらかというと、美味しそうな匂い(smell)がしてきて「よだれが出るよ~」というシチュエーションで使います。
