Ageman refers to a woman who gives good luck to a man when he sleeps with her.' From the definitions on the internet, this word seems to be derogatory. In the UK, we would say that someone, male or female, may be a 'lucky charm' or 'good luck charm,' for another person. However, it is not derogatory and does not necessarily mean that the two involved sleep with each other.
Unfortunately, we do not have a specific term for this especially just for a woman however I have some other similar words.
A blessing/A godsend- These words mean they are a gift from god, meaning they are very good and perhaps lucky.
Lucky charm- We would use this more as a noun rather than refer to a person as a lucky charm. However, some may use it.
A mascot- A mascot is a supporting person who brings luck especially in sport.
残念ながら、特にアゲマンを表すような特定の語は英語にはありません。しかしいくつか似たような意味を持つ語はあります。
