駅の説明をするときに、どこの線のどこ駅かを説明したいです。

「○○線にある○○駅です。」は英語ではこのようです。

It's ○○ station on the ○○ line.

Where did we go last week?　Which station was it?
先週どこに行ったっけ？　何駅？

It was Meguro station on the Yamanote line.
山手線の目黒駅でしたよ。

1) It's x Station on the Y Line.
Y線にあるX駅です。

電車の路線は、～Line といいます。

2) X Station is on the Y Line.
X駅はY線にあります。

3) Take the Y Line to X Station.
Y線でX駅まで行けます。

電車に乗る は take the train, get the train などといいます。なので、Take the Y Line は Y線の電車に乗る というニュアンスです。

Answer

〜駅は〜線にあります。

上記のような言い方もできます。
