職場では居ない人の悪口を言い合ってて凄い嫌だって英語でなんて言うの？

それは確かに最低な行動ですよね。

「〜の悪口を言う」のは英語で　"speak ill of 〜 ", "say bad things about 〜 ", "slander 〜 ",　などが使えます。
"Gossip"の方がよく使う言葉なんですが、意味は「噂話」の方に近いので、本当に散々な悪口の場合には"slander"（法的な言葉）が良いと思います。

職場で　＝　at work / in the workplace

居ない(時に）　＝　(when they're) not present / (when they're) away

凄い嫌いです　＝　I really hate (it)

gossipとは悪口
I really hate it when people gossip when the person in cause is not present.
居ない人の悪口を言い合ってて凄い嫌だ。
I really hate it when people gossip about my friends.
友達の悪口を言ってる人凄い嫌です。

職場では居ない人の悪口を言い合ってて凄い嫌だ
I really hate it when people gossip at work when the person in cause is not present.
あるいは
I really hate it when people gossip at work about someone who's not there.
と言えます
