能力の文脈では強いを strong や good atと言います。

「一番強い」は最上級の形なので、「good」ではなく最上級の「best」と訳すと正しいです。
スポーツ以外「強い」が「good」にと訳すこともあります。

1.) strong (強い) 「強い」は英語でstrongと一般的に訳せます。「一番強い」という表現は英語でstrongestやbestと訳せます。Bestのほうが「一番良い」というニュアンスがありますので、「強い」を強調したい場合はstrongest「一番強い」が一番合っていると思います。
例えば、
He is the strongest at soccer in Japan. (彼は日本で一番サッカーが強い人です)
強いはstrongといいますが〜〜が強いはThe bestも言える。
