その代わりに It's hard to （~のは難しい）か It's difficult to （~にくい）を使えばいいと思います。
「グローバル化に伴い、これからの世界は予測できないほど変化が激しいと思います」というのは I think the changes that will accompany globalisation will be so severe, that it will be hard to predict what the world will be like in the future で表現できます。
