Another way off describing hot water coming out of the ground is by calling such place a 'geothermal spring'. These may be found in such places as Yellowstone Park in the US. These are dangerous to bathe in due to the unpredictable water temperatures. A hot water spa describes a place where people may go where there is a supply of hot water - natural or otherwise.
