「お風呂の水抜いちゃっていい？」
to drain the bath で「お風呂の水を抜く」
例：
You're not having a bath tonight? I'm going to drain the bath. Is that ok?
「今日はお風呂入らないの？お風呂の水抜くね。いい？」
to have a bath で「お風呂に入る」

ちょっとやや説明的な響きがしますけど、
Can I let the water out of the bathtub?
「浴槽からお湯を抜いてもいい？」
という言い方も可能です(*^_^*)
let A out of Bで、「AをBの外に出す」という意味を表します。
例）
I let the air out of the balloon.
「彼女は風船の空気を抜いた」
