「新規開拓」の箇所ですが、そのまま英語にしようとすると
難しいかもしれません。
I do sales / and try to find new customers.
[営業](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/32168/)をしています / 新規[顧客](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/52464/)を見つける努力をしています
などと表現すれば、伝えることが出来ます。
(新しい顧客を見つける=新規開拓)
また、potential customers というのは、「見込み客」という意味です。
