  • When you eat seaweed it gets stuck to the back of your teeth and the roof of your mouth.

  • When you munch on seaweed it often sticks to the back of your teeth and the roof of your mouth.

「海苔」は seaweed 「歯の裏」は the back of one's teeth 「上あご(口の中)」は the roof of one's mouth stick to〜で「〜にくっつく、〜に張り付く」という意味になります。

"When I eat seaweed, it sticks to the back of my teeth and onto my palate"(海苔を食べると、歯の裏と口の上(口蓋)に張り付く)となります。 The seaweed tends to cling to the back of my teeth and my palate when I eat it."(海苔を食べると、歯の裏や口蓋にくっつく傾向があります)という感じになります。
