出席したことになりますか？って英語でなんて言うの？

例えば、 風邪で休んでも出席したことになりますか？ーWould I be marked present if I took sick leave?/ Will I be marked absent if I take sick leave due to common cold? 「風邪で休んだのですが出席したことになりますか？」ーWill I be counted present even if I took leave because of cold? 調査で休んでも欠席になりますかーWill I be counted absent if I go on a field trip? 以上のような表現を個人的にはよく使っております。 ちなみに「欠席」は英語で absent のように言うことが多いです。 どうぞご参考までに。

「出席したことになりますか？」というのは Will this count as attendance? で言うことができます。 「風邪で休んでも出席したことになりますか？」は Even though I was absent because of a cold, will this still count as attendance? と表現できます。 これは自然的な言い方となります。 参考になれば幸いです。
