現金は英語ではcash です。
❶ I dont carry cash. (現金は持たない主義です)。
❷ I never have cash on me. (現金はいつも持っていません)。
アメリカはカード社会なので、現金なくても生きていけます。
そしてもし現金が必要なら、お買い物の際、レジの人からは必ず
“Do you want cash back?” (キャッシュバック欲しいですか？)
つまりカードから現金を引き出しますか？と聞かれます。
ATMのような役割ですが、手数料も取られないし、お買い物していてもできるので、とても便利です。
"I don't have any cash on me."
On me - meaning in your pockets, purse, etc. You do not have any cash to spend with you.
"I'm not carrying cash."
Carrying - Bringing with you. You might have a credit card or debit card, but you do not have any cash. You do not have any in your wallet etc.
You could also say,
"I don't have any paper money with me."
Paper money - cash. You might have credit cards, but no cash.
"I don't have any cash on me."

On me - 自分（me）のポケットや財布などの中に、ということです。現金を持ち合わせていない、というときに使います。

Carrying -「持っている」という意味です。クレジットカードやデビットカードは持っているかもしれないが、現金はない。財布に何も入っていない、など。

Paper money -「現金（cash）」のことです。クレジットカードは持っているかもしれないが現金は持っていない、ということです。

Nowadays most places you go to accept debit/credit cards so having cash is not needed so much if you don't tend to keep much money with you you can say 'I never have cash on me' or 'I don't carry cash'
