もちろん、決まった港だったら「a port」ではなく「the port」になります。 anchor = いかり to anchor / to drop anchor = 停泊する

クルーズ船は英語で cruise ship となります。 特定の船であれば the cruise ship となりますが、そうでなければ a cruise ship となります。 港は英語で port 又は harbor となります。こちらも先ほどと同様、特定の港かそうじゃないかで a か the を使い分けます。 The cruise ship is at the port. A cruise ship is at a port. 上記二つは a/theでニュアンスが少し変わりますのでうまく使い分けると良いです。ご参考にどうぞ。
