日本でイギリスと呼ぶ国は the United Kingdom (UK)
と呼ぶことが多くて、イギリスのという形容詞はBritish を使います。ですので、
British English teacher と言えば良いのですが、 せっかくなので別の方法も覚えておきましょう。
England イングランド地域を指すこともあるので、Britain UKを使っても良いです。

an (the) English teacher from England （Britain/UK） こちらは日本にやってきたイギリス出身の英語の先生。
You can say Britain, Great Britain, the British Isles, the United Kingdom or simply the UK; to refer to where the teacher is from. The UK is made up of four nations: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. There are also thousands of smaller islands around Britain and 14 territories overseas that also make up the UK. The overseas territories are not called Britain, they are referred to as the United Kingdom. If you know where in the UK the teacher is from, you could be more specific. For example:

A native, means a person that was born and raised in a country. As you are a native of a country by birth, you could live in another country and still be a native of the country in which you were born.
その先生がどちらの出身か示すためにBritain, Great Britain, the British Isles, the United Kingdom もしくはシンプルにthe UKと言うことができます。 The UK は４つの国から成り立っています。England、 Scotland、 Wales、 Northern Ireland。 Britainの周りには数千の小さな島があり 、また海外の14 の領域で出来ています。 海外の領域はBritainと呼ばれませんが、the United Kingdomと呼ばれます。 その先生がthe UKのどちらの出身か知っているのであれば、もっと細かく言うことが出来ます。

"A native", ある国で生まれ育った人のことを言います。生まれはとある国で、他の国で生活していている場合、生まれた国がネイティブであると言えます。
▪ UK English teacher
This means that the teacher is from the UK and is an English teacher.
▪ English teacher from the UK.
This is saying that the teacher lives in the UK or is born in the UK.
▪ English teacher from Britain.
This is saying that the teacher lives in Britain or is born in the Britain.

これは、イギリスで生まれた、もしくはイギリスに住んでいる英語の先生と言う意味になります。

これもまた、イギリス生まれ又はイギリスに住む英語の先生と言う意味になります。

An English teacher who is from the UK can be called a "native English teacher from the UK". Native means someone from a specified place e.g. "I am a native of the UK". You can refer to a "native country" which means the country in which someone was born.
If someone is a teacher of a language that is their first language you call them a "native speaker". If someone teaches English but it is not the language of their native country then they are a "non-native speaker".
イギリス出身の英語の先生は「native English teacher from the UK」と言えます。「native」は「～の出身者」という意味です。
【例】
"I am a native of the UK."
「native country」という言い方もあります。「生まれた国」という意味になります。
自らの第一言語を教えている先生のことは「native speaker」と言えます。英語が第一言語でない英語先生は「non-native speaker」です。
