I only had time to talk about→○○のことを話す時間しかなかった
my negative experiences→ネガティブな経験・体験
「インド旅行について、悪いことばかり言った」
→I only said bad things about my trip to India.
「でも、楽しい思い出もたくさんある」
→But I have many great memories too!
「時間切れで、良いことを伝えられなかった」
→I coudn't tell you about my good experiences because I ran out of time.

「インドについて悪いことだけ話して終わったけど、（インド）旅行の良い思い出も沢山あるんだよ」
to end up only talking about the bad thing about ... で「…の悪口だけ話して終わる」
