If you have a favourite Youtuber then you would probably watch them more than anyone else so you can simply say 'my favourite Youtuber is (name) another way of saying this is 'I like to watch (name)' or 'I often watch (name) on Youtube'
favorite'（お気に入り）のユーチューバーがいたら、その人の動画を他のどのユーチューバーの動画よりもたくさん見ると思います。
