海外からこの会議に参加する人がいるので、接続番号を教えてください。
と伝えたいです。
会議の主催者へビデオ会議用の接続番号をメールで聞きたいです。（理由つきで）

❷Can you give me the code for the video conference?

例えば:
To Mr. Williams,
I would appreciate it if you would send me the connection number (4 digit code) for the video conference since 
people outside of Japan will be joining in too.  Thank you.
