- "Can I have my hair color retouched?"（私の髪の色を修正してもらえますか？）
白髪を染めることは英語で "retouching hair color" と表現します。具体的には、"Can I have my hair color retouched?"という疑問形の表現を使うことで、「私の髪色を直してもらうことは可能ですか？」と尋ねられます。
このフレーズは実際に美容院で使うことができ、 "retouch"（修正する）は髪の根元が伸びるときに元の色に染め直す事を表しています。
なお、「美容院」は「hair salon」、「美容師」は「hairstylist」または「hairdresser」と言います。
グッドマン先生の retouch（根元）ではすまないほど、白髪が多くなってしまったら 染める color や dye を使ってみては？

黒くではなく、自然な茶色に染めたい時は、black を natural brown にかえればＯＫです。
また、全体的に白髪を染めたい時はこんな風にも言えます。

余談ですが、私も海外では白髪染めにはかなり悩みました。
やはり、アジア系の髪質に慣れた hair salon にした方が絶対安心です！

cover で白髪をカバーすること。
私はまだ白髪染めって経験がないのですが、上の文章はおばあちゃんのセリフでした。
The most common phrase for asking a stylist "白髪染めてください" is "cover the gray."

You can also ask them to "fix" the gray hair. Actually, "fix" can be used in a few ways at the salon. When you use "fix" you're asking the stylist to make the something look better.
For example:

- I think my fringe needs to be fixed.
- Could you fix the color?

2)I would like to retouch my hair color. - This means that you want them to put the black dye again in the whole head so as to cover the grey hair.
Retouch means to improve or repair. In this case it means to cover the grey hair. Remember the spelling is "grey" not "gray".
1）Could you please dye my grey hair black
灰色の髪を黒く染めてください。
この言い方は灰色の髪に黒色の染料を乗せる事を意味します。
2）I would like to retouch my hair color.
私は髪色を修正したい。
灰色の髪を覆うように、黒い染料を頭の全体にもう一度カバーする事を意味します。
Retouchとは良くするまたは修復する事を意味しています。
この場合、髪を灰色で覆うことになります。
スペルは「gray」ではなく「grey」になりますのでご注意ください。
