「天気予報」という熟語で使うことが一番多いですね。

「天気予報」は英語では weather forecast です。
例えば:
According to the weather forecast for this week, we will be having rain all week.
(今週の天気予報によると、今週ずっと雨と言っている)。

The weather forecast says it will be sunny tomorrow.
(天気予報が明日晴れ、と言っている)。

Scientists can forecast the weather accurately. 
(科学者は天気を正確に予報できる)。
