To the extent that you can't do any work, at least contribute as much as possible to the meetings.
In place of the work you aren't able to do, keep in mind to talk a lot during the meetings.
「作業が出来ない分」とはいろいろな英訳があります。
「to the extent that you can't work」（これはビジネスの状態に合っている表現です）
「to compensate for not being able to work」（これもビジネス状態に合っています）」
「in place of the work (that) you aren't able to do」
「since you aren't able to work, (do 〜 instead)」
（これはもっと日常会話的な言い方です）
