動画などを「収録する」は、
"record"
を使います。
たとえばiPhoneで収録できる時間を聞きたいときは、
"How long can I record on an iPhone?"
または、
"What is the maximum recording time of an iPhone.?"
と聞いたりします。
「収録時間」を英語で伝える時は、"Recording time"となります。「recording」は「収録」や「録音」を意味し、「time」は「時間」を意味します。「Duration of the recording」も同様に使うことが可能で、「収録の長さ」や「収録の期間」を意味します。
例えば、あるビデオの収録時間が2時間であることを表現する際は、"The recording time of the video is two hours."または"The duration of the recording is two hours."と言います。
