このフレーズがよく聞こえますね。特に電車の中で。では英語で何というのでしょうか？
まずは、「マナーモード」
これは、和製英語で海外で通じません。２つの言い方があります。
Silent (mode)
Vibrate (mode)
以上のモードは、どちらでも鳴らないモードですが、２つ目のVibrateは鳴る代わりに振動するということです。
設定する
言い方が２つあります。
Put ~~ on
Set ~~~ to
１つ目のフレーズは「付ける」に近いと思います。より柔らかい言い方です。
２つ目は「設定する」の直訳で、印象がちょっと硬いかもしれません。
Please put your phone on silent.
Please put your phone on vibrate
Please set your phone to silent.
Please set your phone to vibrate.

決まり言葉になっていますが、スピーチや講演中に携帯が鳴ると迷惑なので、アナウンサーはいつも「① Please set your mobile phones to silent.」と言います。
（携帯電話をマナーモードに設定してください）。
＊マナーモードは英語には無いです。VibrateやSilentしかないです。

Please set your phones to silent mode just before the speech.
I would appreciate it very much if you would place your phones on silent before the speech.
Please set your phones to 'vibrate' before the speech.
It is always of paramount importance to be polite when requesting someone to do something. The use of the adverb 'please' is almost always appropriate. So, in the first sentence, you have started with this adverb. Also, in this case, it is better to issue the request before the speech starts and so you have added the phrase, 'just before the speech'.
In the second sentence, you have used the verb to 'appreciate' which in this context means to ' be grateful for (something)'. In this case, you would be grateful if they would place their phones on 'silent' before the speech.
The last sentence is exactly the same as the first except that you have used the noun 'vibrate' instead of 'silent. The noun 'vibrate' in this case means 'a setting on an electronic device that causes it to vibrate when something happens, such as receiving a new message'.
誰かに何かをしてほしいことを頼む時には礼儀正しくあることが常に最も重要です。
副詞'please'(どうか)を使用することがほとんどいつも適しています。
よって最初の文ではこの副詞から始めなければなりません。
またこの場合はスピーチが始まる前に依頼をした方が良いため
'just before the speech'(スピーチの前に)
というフレーズを加えました。
2文目では(何かに対して)感謝するという意味の動詞'appreciate'を使用しました。 この場合では聴衆がスピーチの前に携帯電話を'silent'(マナーモード)にしてくれたらあなたはとても感謝するということです。
最後の文は'silent'の代わりに動詞'vibrate'を使用したこと以外最初の文と全く同じです。名詞'vibrate'はこの場合、新着通知などがあった時に振動する電子機器の設定という意味です。
A) Please switch all phones on silent
*Switch on - turn on
*Silent -not making or accompanied by any sound.
Example -"the wood was still and silent"
B) Please make sure that your phone is on silent
*Make sure - establish that something is definitely so; confirm.
Example :"go and make sure she's all right"

We can use these three expressions when asking people to make their phones silent or quiet while they're listening to a speech or when we don't want any interruptions. We can use the phrase, "on silent," to mean quiet. "On vibrate," means the phone will only buzz silently. "Do not disturb," means that the phone will not make any noise for incoming notifications or calls.
