  • We had the highest recorded temperature in Japan last week, but now it feels like fall.

  • The weather has gone from extreme heat to autumn temperatures in the past week.

"We had the highest recorded temperature in Japan last week, but now it feels like fall." Highest recorded temperature - The hottest temperature Celsius that has been written down. Fall - Autumn "The weather has gone from extreme heat to autumn temperatures in the past week." Extreme heat - Temperatures that are above normal. Past week - the last 7 days. You could also say, "The weather has fluctuated from hot to cool quite rapidly." Fluctuated - to change or shift from one thing like hot to cold. Rapidly - very quickly
"We had the highest recorded temperature in Japan last week, but now it feels like fall." "The weather has gone from extreme heat to autumn temperatures in the past week." Extreme heat - 非常な暑さ Past week - この一週間 以下のように言うこともできます: "The weather has fluctuated from hot to cool quite rapidly." Rapidly - very quickly(急激に)

  • It feels likes only weeks ago the temperature was breaking records, now it really feels like fall.

"It feels likes only weeks ago the temperature was breaking records, now it really feels like fall." Let's break it down! 'It feels like' is saying the same thing 'it seems'. 'the temperature was breaking records,' this is saying that the temperature was so high it broke previous records for heat. Now that it is cooling down you can say, 'now it really feels like fall' saying that it is cooled down.
"It feels like only weeks ago the temperature was breaking records, now it really feels like fall." ●It feels like➔It seems(○○のようである)と同じ意味です。 ●the temperature was breaking records"➔過去最高気温を更新した ●now it really feels like fall➔今はもうすっかり秋の気配がする

Our weather has been so crazy this month. It's hot one day and cold the next. 暑いと思った次の日には寒くなっています) It feels like summer one day and fall the next. (夏のような日だと思った次の日には秋になっています) We had the hottest day yesterday and today is cold again. (昨日は今までで一番暑い日だったのですが、今日はまた寒いです) We had a record high yesterday and today it's cold again. • We has a record high temperaure a few weeks ago but now it feels like autumn again

  • It feels like summer one day and autumn the next

When talking about the UK we don't usually use the term 'fall' we call this season 'autumn' instead when something reaches a historical high this is also called a 'record high' so the highest temperature that's been recorded the weather can change so much and feel hot (summer) one day and autumn (cooler) the next day

  • Japan recorded an historical high temperature, but already is getting much colder

"Japan recorded an historical high temperature, but already is getting much colder" this sentence is explaining, that Japan had recorded/noted/stated that the highest/top temperature had been recorded, and that now the temperature is already/now getting lower/decreasing and it is getting colder.

  • Last week there was a record high temperature in Japan, but now it is more like autumn. The weather is so changeable these days!

In Japan, last last week, the temperature recorded a historical high. But now it's already cool like autumn/fall. The temperature/weather is very changeable these days. You can explain it as indicated above.

  • The weather is so unpredictable. Last week, temperatures reached record high (historical high) levels here in Japan, but this week, its cool like we are in Autumn (fall).

  • Can you believe it? It's cool this week as if we are in autumn (fall) and yet last week, temperatures reached record high (historical high) levels. It's so unpredictable.

In South Africa, as in the UK and the US, the the noun phrase 'record high' refers to an amount or quantity that surpasses the highest 'historical' amount that was last reached. According to existing weather records in South Africa, the highest 'historical high' level last reached was 50 degrees celcius in the Eastern Cape Town of Dunbrody. It can be very surprising if after experiencing such hot weather in a particular week, it becomes cool the following week as if you are in Autumn (fall). Can you believe it? So, you may say to someone: The weather is so unpredictable. Last week, temperatures reached record high (historical high) levels here in Japan, but this week, its cool like we are in Autumn (fall). or Can you believe it? It's cool this week as if we are in autumn (fall) and yet last week, temperatures reached record high (historical high) levels. It's so unpredictable.
Can you believe it?'(信じられますか) 次のように言えます。 The weather is so unpredictable. Last week, temperatures reached record high (historical high) levels here in Japan, but this week, its cool like we are in Autumn (fall). Can you believe it? It's cool this week as if we are in autumn (fall) and yet last week, temperatures reached record high (historical high) levels. It's so unpredictable.
