面接結果を知りたいって英語でなんて言うの？

面接は interviewで、結果は result または outcome と言いますので、どちらでも使って大丈夫です。丁寧に知りたいです、という時は would like to を使うといいです。 I would like to know the result/outcome of the interview. 仕事の面接とかであれば、考えとしては面接結果＝採用か不採用の結果を知るということなので、Please let me know the final decision（最終決断を知らせてください） というような言い方でも良いと思います。
