「Detoxification」は解毒を意味するが通常「Detoxify」の動詞を使用します。
「Treat」と言うこともできます。「Treat」はより自然な表現であるが、様々な医学的意味があります。「Detoxify」は毒物に特化して使用されます。
例：The man will undergo detoxification 男は解毒を受ける
The doctor will detoxify the affected limb 医師は患肢を解毒する
The doctor will treat the wound 医者は傷を治療する
「解毒する」は、
"antidote"とも言います。
"antidote"は、名詞で「解毒剤」動詞で「~を解毒する」という意味です。
"I was given the medication to antidote the poison of centipede bites."
「ムカデに刺された毒を解毒する薬をもらった。」
