「prioritized」の後に名詞か「～ing」で終わる動詞を使います。「to ～」の動詞は使いません。
運転してる人が自分の車から人を降ろすなら「drop off」という動詞を使います。
He dropped off his daughter at school.
彼は娘を学校で降ろした。
「take」も使えます（たとえば「He took his daughter to school」）が、「send」の意味は違います。違う人の車に乗せてその人を頼んだら、「send」を使います。
He sent his daughter to school with the neighbors.
近所の人の車に乗せて頼んで学校まで送った。
John sent a letter to his friend.
彼は友達に手紙を送った。（＝John じゃなくて郵便局が手紙を運んだ）
相手に「内に帰って」という状態にも「send」を使えます。
The school sent the students home early due to the typhoon.
台風が来るので生徒をみんな普通より早く帰らせた。
Tomさんのもう一つの文章はだいたい大丈夫ですが、二つのポイントがあります。
＊過去進行形を使った方がいいです。

＊「for」は要りません。
