「順番」 = orderですので（注文「order」と同じ言葉）そのまま「I want to change the order.」になります。 しかし，「予約の順番」をはっきり言いたい場合は「I want to change the order of the reservations.」がベストです。 「予約」= reservation (複数形 reservations)
