強調は「emphasis」です。
こちらは名詞ですが、動詞として使う時は「emphasize」。
従って、「The part I would like to emphasize is.....」を提案しました。
または、「I have to underline......」と言う言い方がありますが、こちらは「下線を引く」と言うことで、強調したいと言う意味があります。ワードで下線を引くのと同じことです。
例文：
- The part I would like to emphasize is that I am not at all blaming you
- I have to underline the fact that you were in the driver's seat when the car crashed - so you must bear some responsibility.
すこし違う言い方としては the part I would like to stress でもこのことを表現できる言葉になります。
こういう風に「強調する」が stress で言えます。
例文 The part I would like to stress is the importance of communicating effectively with colleagues.
「私が強調したい部分は、同僚と効果的なコミュニケーションをすることの大切さです。」
例文 The part I would like to stress is the need to get the frypan very hot before putting the meat in.
「私が強調したい部分は、肉を入れる前に、フライパンをとても熱くすることの必要さです。」
