物質の性質は「Property」と言います。
商品スペックを見てみると、「Properties」と記載されているところがあります。
ここにその商品の性質（防火性など）が記載されております。
例文：
- Fireproof curtains have anti-fire properties
- This material has the property of expanding with heat
その場合には、日本語の「性質」が英語で「property」と言いますが、他の場合には「nature」か「disposition」も言えます。使い方が以下のようです。
例：
防火カーテンは燃えにくい性質のカーテンです ー Fireproof curtains are curtains that have the property of being hard to burn
彼は陽気な性質だ ー He has a cheerful disposition
彼女は他人の悪口が言えない性質だ ー It's not in her nature to say bad things about other people.
