山登るの動詞はclimb。Climbは1番いいけれど山は下から上まで行くのところだからgo upでも使えます。

このjust the two of usはデートの話用です。
As a team - チームで
Lets win this game as a team - チームでこの試合を勝つ！
Together as a team - もっと「がんばろう」の感じがします。難しいことをchallengeをしたい時チームで頑張りましょうみたいです。Let’s get up this mountain together a team!
「チームを組む」を team up ということもあります。
Do you want to team up with me? 「私と組まない？」
They teamed up for a big competition. 「彼らは大きな大会のために手を組んだ（協力した）」
that mountain （あの山）と言うか、this mountain （この山）というかはどの状況で話をしているかによって変わります。まさに目の前にあるような状況以外は that でいいように思います。
