おっしゃられている文脈関係なしに、「~の点で言うと」「~の点においては」の部分だけで訳すと、 in terms ofが一番幅広く使える表現だと思います(^^♪ 例えば、 This job is much better than my previous job in terms of salary. I can relax more if I quit my job, but I need to keep working to make money.

  • I feel very happy if I quit my job, but when it comes to money, It is difficult to live here.

When it comes to

1. I would feel great if I could quit, but it's difficult to quit because of money. *I would feel great if I could quit, but...=「仕事をやめると楽だが」 *because of =~の点でいうと/~なので 2. It would feel nice to quit, but I don't have the money to do it. If you are sad, I think it would be better to quit your job. I would feel great if I could quit, but it's difficult to quit because of money.
