子供から目が離せなくてゆっくり友達と話せないって英語でなんて言うの？

1) I can't really enjoy my time with my friends because I have to keep an eye on my son all the time.
「息子をずっと見ておかないといけないから、友達とゆっくりできない。」というニュアンスです。
keep an eye on 人 で「人に目を配る」＝「人から目が離せない」

2) I can't take my eyes off my daughter which makes it hard to relax and enjoy talking with my friend.
「娘から目が離せないから、友達とゆっくり会話を楽しめない。」というニュアンスです。
can't take my eyes off 人 で「人から目が離せない」

目が離る - look away, take eyes off
離せない - can’t look away, can’t take eyes off
子供から目が離せない - can’t take my eyes off my child, can’t look away from my child

ずっと見る - watch, always look
子供をずっと見ないと- have to watch my child, have to always watch my child
