このフレーズがよく使いそうですね。
英語でいうと、
What's good about this is...
A good thing about this is...
フレーズの後で名詞を使うと「the」を使います。
What's good about this is the structure.
A good thing about this is the vocabulary.
文章を使う場合「that」を使います。
What's good about this is that the structure is clear.
A good thing about this is that the vocabulary is varied.
アメリカ人は[悪い](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/52877/)点を「a bad thing about this is」などのように素直に言いません。
「bad」の代わりに「not so good」または「thing/point to improve」
A point to improve is the grammar.
What's not so good is the grammar.
相手の[気持ち](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/38645/)に気を使いながら話すことが大事ですね。

それについての[良い](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/56761/)点は〜ですが、[悪い](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/52877/)点は〜です。
解説：良い点、そのままthe good thingと簡単な英語で通じます。悪い点は、というのも同様にthe bad thing で、このthingはpartに言い換えても大丈夫です。〜の部分は名詞でも文章でも両方とれます。
2.Its strength is 〜 but its weakness is 〜
その長所は〜で、短所は〜 です。
解説：長所（strength）、短所（weakness）、という名詞を使いました。1の例文のように簡単な英語で言うのもいいし、単語を知っているのあら2のように訳してみましょう。特に1のように、簡単な単語のみで工夫して訳すことに慣れることが、中級者になるための早道です。

上記のように英語で表現することもできます。
pros も advantages も「良い点」「利点」という意味の英語表現です。
対して cons や disadvantages で「悪い点」「欠点」などです。
