CDが一周したみたいだねって英語でなんて言うの？

CDの一周は loop とも言えます。
一周を終えたという場合は completed one loop ですが
その次も聞く予定ならはじめの一周を終えたって意味で
completed its first loop と言う方が良いかもしれません。

全曲（the complete CD）を聞き終わったようだ、という文です。

「〜を聞き終わる」は finish listening to 〜 で、今そう思ったので「聞き終わった」は現在完了形にします。

「〜みたいだね」は It seems (that) 〜 ですので、以上から

　It seems I've finished listening to the complete CD.

となります。

「CDが一周したみたいだね」は英語では「It seemes like we finished the CD」になります。

「ドライブ中、連続再生できるモードでCDをかけていた時に、全部の曲が終わって、また同じ曲が流れ始めた時に気づいて。」は「During the drive, when playing a CD with continuous play mode enabled, notice when all the songs finished and the same song started flowing again.」になります。
