  • Your Japanese is absolutely great!!

”You speak Japanese very well!!" ,まずはほぼ直訳。

でも ”Your Japanese is absolutely great!" と言えば、訳は「あなたの日本語はすごい上手ですね!!」という感じでもまた言えますね。 そう、言語についても「あなたの」とか「わたしの」という所有格で表現するのが英語ならではの言い方かもしれません。従ってこれは英語でもまた同じですね。

がんばってください!!

  • You sound like Japanese.

sound like ~で、~みたい(に聞こえる)という意味です。
例文は「あなたは日本人みたいに聞こえる」、つまり、ネイティブ(日本人)かと思うほど日本語が流暢ですね、となります。
Your Japanese is great. とか、Why is your Japanese so good?(どうしてあなたの日本語はそんなに上手いの?)という言い方も、もちろんできます。
相手の日本語力にもよりますが、発音が流暢な人にはYou sound like Japanese.を使って見てください。

いくつかの英訳例を用意しました。全て「日本語が上手ですね」という意味ですが、
一番上の英訳例は「流暢ですね。」、
真ん中は「(巧みに操れるぐらい)上手だね」、
一番下は「(驚きを言葉で表現しつつ)上手だね!」
と微妙に違います。

タイミングで使い分けてみてください!

  • Your Japanese is excellent.

The first phrase expresses more about your own reactions to the persons Japanese skills, rather than their skill, but this is a very common way of expressing the concept in the US.
"Excellent" is my favorite word for expressing the concept of "very good." It's easy to use, but a little less common, which gives it more impact! :D
Have a great day!! :D
最初のフレーズは、スキルというより日本語スキルに対する自分の反応を表現します。
これはアメリカで概念を表現する最も一般的な表現です。

Your Japanese skills are great!

This is a simple, cheerful, and informal way of telling a foreigner that they are doing well with speaking Japanese.

Wow! You sound just like a native!

This expression is very flattering and very kind. It is nice to say, even if they do not sound exactly like a native Japanese speaker. It still implies that they speak very good Japanese.

I have to admit, I'm pretty impressed by your ability to speak Japanese!

This is a more formal way to express to a foreigner that they speak Japanese well. You might say this in a business situation.
Your Japanese skills are great!
シンプルな言い回しですね。
カジュアルな言い回しで、日本語の会話力が優れていることを言います。

Wow! You sound just like a native!
これはちょっと褒めすぎかもしれませんが、仮に完全にネイティブに聞こえなくても、褒め言葉として上手に日本語を喋っていますね、と相手に伝えることができます。

I have to admit, I'm pretty impressed by your ability to speak Japanese!

  • You speak like a native...You are so fluent in Japanese

"Native speakers",speak in the language of their home country. T
hey were born into that sociery...and it " comes naturally to them"
When we speak "like a native" we are so good / fluent that we cannot easily be
distinguished from those who come from that country (where that language
is their "native tongue")
"Native speakers"は母国の言葉を話す人です。その人達はその社会で生まれていますので、母国語は当然自然に話します。

"like a native"という時は、言葉を使うのが上手い/流暢なので、(その言葉が母国語の国)出身の人との区別が容易に出来ないということです。
