どちらの例文も「前歯が取れてしまった。」という言い方です。

1) I lost my front tooth.
直訳すると「前歯を失った。」

2) One of my front teeth got knocked out playing hockey.
直訳すると「ホッケーをしていて前歯の一本が折れた。」

「前歯」は一本ならa front tooth、複数なら front teeth となります。
