「Found guilty」と「Found not guilty」の[Found]は普通に「見つけた」という意味ですがこの使い方で「判決する」という意味です。
「疑い」が英語で「Doubt」か「Suspicious」と言います。

疑いをもつ。 ー To hold suspicion.
疑いが起こる ー Doubts arise in my mind.
