交代って英語でなんて言うの？

一般的には交代は「Change」と言います。
例文：
- Change the batsman (野球）
- Change the pitcher

もっと比喩的な言葉を使うとしたら、「Pass the baton」があります。
これはバトンタッチすると言う意味です。
